Over the past year, the Sumner County Library Board has made multiple attempts to remove “transgender and gender confusing materials” from library shelves — seeking to eliminate access to certain books for people of all ages.

So, we’re pushing back. Together, let’s send a clear message that Sumner County residents reject censorship and oppose book bans in our public libraries.
