A Festivus for the BEST of us! Please join us at the Weaver’s house on December 13th at 6:30 for dinner and good cheer! BYOB, non-alcoholic beverages provided $20.00 per person, all proceeds to benefit the SCDP Limited tickets available through EventBrite –  deadline for ticket purchases is Monday, December 9.  

Sumner County residents are invited to hear the Talking Gun Sense campaign from Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America. Learn about how to talk gun sense to people of all different stances on this issue.

In October, we are supporting Home Safe, a nonprofit that works with survivors of domestic violence. We will collect items from the organization’s Wish List at our October meeting. We will also be featuring a speaker.

Our monthly potluck has a Halloween theme for October! And, if the weather is good, we’ll be grilling out. Bring a dish, bring a friend, bring an idea. We’re staffing up our volunteer committees for 2020! Get involved and make a difference in our community! Door open 5:30. New folks always most welcome.

SCDP will have a booth at the annual Gallatin Main Street Festival, Saturday October 5, 10am-5pm on the square downtown Gallatin. We will be registering voters and spreading our message.
